The grandnephew Johann Abraham Henckels gives to the company the current name ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS and with his work the trademark begins to become famous. In 1818 in Berlin a branch is opened to get closer to prospective customers; with the first awards received at the World Fairs of London and Paris the brand begins to expand at international level and a way of extraordinary success starts. In 2008 Zwilling expands towards the sector of pots with the acquisition of two renowned brands: the French trademark Staub, famous for its enamel cast iron pots of high quality and the Belgian trademark Demeyere, well-known for its stainless steel pots.
