MOMA is the collection of objects, which has been designed by the Spanish designer Javier Mariscal exclusively for Vondom. The collection is innovative and characterized by an original design, clean forms and a high degree of practicality. MOMA's innovative concept is composed by three versions for different settings: low, medium and high. Shop Decor proposes MACETAMESA- MOMA LOW: a low table, made of white opaque polyethylene, which resembles the shape of a column with stylized capital. The product is suitable with for indoor and outdoor use and it is a perfect match with the low pouf MOMA LOW, in order to create total relaxed atmosphere. On the surface, a cavity has been studied and created, whose function is being a vase or an ice bucket. Size: 115x100 cm; height: 45 cm.

Javier Mariscal is a Spanish artist and designer, born in Febraury 1950 in the city of Valencia. But since 1970 he has been working and living in Barcelona. Javier Mariscal started studying at Colegio El Pinar in Valencia and then he studied design at the Elisava School in Barcelona. After that, he immediately began to work in the wordl of underground comic, a task that he soon combined with illustration, sculpture, graphic design and interior design. His language is synthetic, with few stroke and a great deal of expressiveness. In 1979 he realised the Bar Cel Ona logo, which made him very popular. Throughout the 80s, he designed several textile collections for Marieta e Tràfico de Modas and he has exhibited at the Vinçon salon in Barcelona. In 1989 Cobi, a Catalan Sheepdog, was chosen as the mascot for the Barcelona 1992 Olympic Games. Always in 1989 Javier Mariscal opened his own practice, named “ Estudio Mariscal” and he has collaborated in projects with international designers and architects, such as: Arata Isozaki, Alfredo Arribas, Fernando Salas, Fernando Amat and Pepe Cortés. In 1995, Twispy was chosen as the mascot for the Hannover 2000 EXPO. In 2002 his professional career culminated with the integral design of the Grand Hotel Domine in Bilbao. Among the numerous prizes he won, we’d like to remember, in 1999, the National Design Prize of the Spanish Department of Industry and the BCD Foundation grants in recognition of achievements throughout a professional career. In 2001 he also won the Award of the Hungarian national Student Jury for “Chio and Rita” at the 7th Festival of European Animated Feature Films and TV Specials.
