The designer and architect Ramon Esteve produces, from his practice based in Valencia, projects of different nature: from the creation of pieces of furniture, to the development of public spaces and private houses, which have had great media coverage. His works are all based on some constants, which characterize the way he works: the search for harmony, serenity, timelessness, atmosphere, universality and contextualization. According to Esteve’s philosophy, all these parameters are of vital importance in order to achieve and obtain not only something “beautiful”, but also something that is functional. Moreover, his studies on the relationship between content and container have brought him to the development of pieces of furniture, establishing a communication between architecture and furnishing and making the architectural language easier to understand. It’s exactly from this logic that furniture collections have born, which were often produced in collaboration with other worldwide companies, such as: Gnadia Blasco, Joquer, Upoh, Dynamobel, UNO Design, De Castelli and Vondom. For the latter Ramon Esteve has designed the famous vase characterized by angular shapes, named “FAZ”. Recently he has been working for the hotel chain “Nh Hotels”.
