Warranty, Returns & Exchanges

We make sure that your online purchases are safe; therefore, we use certified electronic payments, accurate packages and a full warranty on the products. According to the Consumer Code, all items of our e-shop, in fact, are covered by a 24 months warranty in case of conformity flaws, whether the client can be qualified as a "consumer" (a natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business and/or profession).

Warranty coverage is reduced to 12 months in all other cases in which the customer does not qualify as a "consumer".

a. Return in case of flaws or mistakes
In case the purchased product shows production flaws or does not comply with the ordered item, Shop Decor will replace the product on warranty and with no charge.

In order to exercise this right, it is necessary to send a written communication to Shop Decor (by fax at +39 030 7731814 or by e-mail at [email protected] ) within 14 working days from the date of the goods receipt, specifying the order references, the flawed product and the details about the observed flaws. Our Customer Service will contact the customer to arrange the replacement.

Important: returned goods must be undamaged, accompanied by the original packaging and authorized by Shop Decor Customer Service. Once the returning goods are authorized, the Customer will be able to send the product back with a courier appositely appointed by Shop Decor. All necessary returning documents will be available in the section "My Account". We will not accept cash on delivery packages.

Shop Decor will sent the replacement at the same address used for the previous delivery in the shortest possible time.

b. Return due to transportation damages
Whether during delivery the customer finds that the packaging is not intact but damaged, wet or altered, s/he has to write the kind of damage shown in a detailed way in the reserved area "RESERVATION OF CONTROL" on the delivery receipt from the courier.

Once the receiver obtains the material and ascertains the transportation damage, the customer is required to report, within fourteen (14) days from the goods receipt, the references of the order and the details of the damage caused by the courier by sending a written notice to Shop Decor (by fax to +39 030 7731814 or by e-mail to the address [email protected]

Shop Decor Customer Service might require photographic documentation of received packages as well as a proof of the damage. If the delivery receipt is signed without endorsing any "RESERVATION", the customer cannot make any objection to the external features of what delivered.
