Slide is an Italian company founded in 2002 after the 30-years know-how of Giò Colonna Romano. Core business of the company’s activity is the production, in its factories in Buccinasco in the province of Milan, of objects made of polyethylene derived from rotational molded plastic. Obtained through the technique of rotational molding, thanks to their materiality, Slide products are fully recyclable. Since always Slide has been careful towards people’s needs, for this reason, it responds to the necessities of functionality and aesthetic with its functional, innovative products with the typical “Made in Italy” style. The production of Slide is wide and includes seats, lamps, tables, vases, bookcases and complements with clear and minimal design. This products are perfect for every kind of space: outdoor, indoor, private and public. The exceptional use of light, moreover, can create spaces with a very striking atmosphere. This amazing design is due to the cooperation with important and internationally famous designers, such as Karim Rashid, Marcel Wanders, Paola Navone, Marc Sadler, Stefano Giovannoni, Alessandro Mendini and many others.

Art everywhere and anyhow: this is the motto of designers Graziano Moro and Renato Pigatti, born 1969, collaborating since they were 25. They are united by the same aesthetic taste and by a common artistic belief. From the very beginning, they started to work in the field of clothing, and then in 2001, they opened their consultancy agency in the field of fashion, “Magazzini del Sale”, where their professionality and a lot of passion join to create a collaborative and informal working environment. Among their most important projects, the colourful and original furnishing collection Design of Love, made in collaboration with the Italian brand Slide.
